Convert .enb files to .enex

I have my notes stored in .enb files, and have been using Evernote V2 for a long time.  However, I downloaded V6 (the latest version) and find that not only can I not open my .enb files in V6.  There seems to be no direct way of converting them or importing them into V6.

I downloaded the EN2Export software and have it on my computer, but need to know how it works, how to run it, and how to direct it to convert a specific .enb file in a specific folder.

Would someone please assist me with this.
