Can you confirm if you're starting from a fresh install, or attempting to upgrade within Evernote by selecting Help>Check for Updates? If you're updating from the app, try a complete reinstall (Start>Control Panel> Uninstall Programs), and download Evernote for Windows from: https://evernote.com/evernote/ directly. If the issue continues, please use the link in my signature to create a support ticket. With installation/upgrade issues like these, it would helpful to submit your Evernote setup text file with the ticket submission. To provide a setup log for Evernote for Window, follow these steps: 1. Open the Start menu 2. Type %temp% in the ’Search programs and files’ field and press enter 3.
