Option to put cursor in Subject Line

mgmead

Idea

Many of us use other tools as well as Evernote.  Standard UI/UX convention has it that if a memo/text file has a subject line, the cursor is in the subject line when a new one is created.  That's how it's done in the "rest of the world."

I'm aware you offer your (strange) workaround of naming everything automatically, but it would be nice to have at LEAST a config option in which the USER can choose whether the cursor starts in the subject line or body of the note.

(for those of us who use Evernote to track tasks -- it's nice to be able to use the note title as a description and leave the body empty)

Please make a config toggle that let's users choose whether the cursor starts in the subject line of a new note.
