natv 9
I'm copying some information from OneNote (which consists of text and images) When I paste it into Evernote it pastes as one large graphic. I'm sure the text is real text in OneNote as I can highlight it. I don't know why it's pasting as a graphic in Evernote. Link to comment
briancaldwell 202
I don't know the answer, but I would guess that when you copy, OneNote is forcing the content into a graphic format in your clipboard. You might want to ask OneNote about this in their support forums. Link to comment
dconnet 529
I can confirm this. I just did a copy and looked at the clipboard. The data is there in "OneNote 2010 Internal", "HTML Format", CF_UNICODETEXT, CF_TEXT, CF_ENHMETAFILE, and CF_DIB formats. It appears our preference is (currently), DIB, ENML, HTML, RTF, UNICODETEXT. So, will Evernote adjust the order of the preferences? I've had this issue between OneNote and multiple applications so maybe users need to ask them to remove DIB support for clipboard?
