Sync closes open stack in shortcuts

I'm using the latest version of Evernote for Windows (6.0.6.1769 (301769) Public.

When I press the Sync button then the stacks of notebook which I have expanded/opened in the shortcuts menu close.

Does anyone know why this happens or how I can stop this? Is it a bug? I've been using evernote for several years and never encountered this problem until the latest update.

Could note reproduce this here, stacks state is not changing during/after sync. Please contact Evernote Customer Support so they can figure out what's going on.

I am also having this issue.  I have uninstalled/reinstalled the windows app on my computer and the stacks stayed open until I updated when prompted.
