Could we add new people to ongoing Chat and "name" the group or chat?

It would be amazing if - like Facebook Messenger - we could "Title" a work chat (i.e. Conference Attendees) and if we could add people in later (Oh - so & so decided they wanted to come on the trip at the last minute) instead of creating a new chat every time.
