Evernote Uninstall Error: Could not delete key

I am trying to uninstall Evernote v. 6.0.6 from my gaming PC since I now have a work laptop, but every time I try, it gives me an error with the following message:

"Could not delete key

\Software\Classes\CLSID\{B58F31CA-DF43-4BEF-B800-E0B0F99CFF84}\Programmable.

Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel"

I am logged into an administrator account running Windows 10 Pro, and using "Uninstall or Change a Program" via the control panel to uninstall.
