How do I able to let my web clipper chrome extension talk to yinxiang.com instead of evernote.com whilst keep my locale setting to en-GB ?

I setup my main note account on yinxiang.com instead of evernote.com, but I'm more frequently stay in UK instead of China now.

So I need to keep my chrome locale settings to UK. But all my notes and content and membership are all linked to yinxiang.com.

That's why I need to let the evernote extention talk to yinxiang.com. I really can't find how to achieve that...
