How can I see and control what information Evernote pulls from other accounts?

When I add a note from my sisters house, the note gets titled "Bugs [date]". I assume this is because I am dog-sitting their dog Bugs, and I entered "Bugs" into my Google calendar. However, I did not enter their address into the calendar entry! Interesting. Can someone tell me how Evernote pulls this kind of info? I'd like to take control of it.

This is part of the auto-title behavior of Evernote in some platforms. I tried to find some threads to direct you to so you could disable it, but I was not particularly successful. Here's what I found.
