(Archived) attachments to notes not showing up

Hi all,

I am a premium user and I have attached some archive files (tar.gz) as well as some PDFs and .doc files to my notes. However, when I view the note, I see just a blue lego block with ? in place of the attachments and I cannot open the attachments. Any ide what is happening and how to rectify it?

If you view one of these notes from the web, can you get the attachment there?

If so, this sounds like a problem with your local Mac database. I'd recommend that you open a support inquiry at the bottom of:

to get instructions on how to safely rebuild your local database from the service.

I am able to retrieve the attachments from the web interface. I have raised a support inquiry. Thanks for the help!
