Installing Evernote Windows

When installing Evernote Windows onto my machine again it has created multiple copies of the same notebook stack Furthermore, it seems to distribute the notebooks and notes over these copies, i.e the notebooks and notes are not repeated but the notebook stacks are.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and have ensured that no files remain after any uninstall is completed. i.e. I have cleared the app data from the local user folders.

Any ideas on how to get this synced correctly??

Not EN here, but have you tried uninstalling using Revo uninstall?  It does a more complete job than the native Windows uninstall does.  When you look at your notes on the web version do you see the notebook structure you expect?
