(Archived) Bug: 100% CPU Usage while indexing and syncing to server

I'm testing EverNote 3b and I was able to import my notes. Now I'm indexing them and even though I've set the CPU slider to use less CPU and index slower EverNote is still using 100%. I've also unchecked the "Allow Indexing While Computer is in use" checkbox and it's still indexing.

Is there a formal policy for submiting bugs?

Look under Help - there's a menu item for reporting a problem.
