Export a Note to Evernote

Trying to Export a Note to Evernote, from inside a Lynda.com tutorial but I am getting mixed messages when I click the Export icon in a note and select Everynote.  

 

I have clicked the Authorize request but it Times out; "... took too long to respond", but then I get a "no-reply" message reporting that "lynda.com is now linked...and granted access", But nothing shows up in Evernote.  When I try again I get "Re-Authorize" and another "timed out" message and the cycle repeats.  

 

Possible solution: 

Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.

If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.

 

But I can't find the "listed programs"  option in Chrome
