At this time only notes in notebooks owned by your account will be show in the All Notes section. Notes in notebooks shared with your account by another user will not be shown in the All Notes list.
Suggestion: Show all notes, from "owned" and "joined" notebooks in the ALL NOTES section (make ALL NOTES really ALL NOTES).
