Web Clipper in Chrome with PDF

My web clipper in chrome has not been working when trying to clip PDF files.  I have tried uninstalling the extension as some have suggested, restarted chrome and then reinstalled the web clipper to no avail.  

I am attaching the error message that I continue to receive over and over again.

Hello @MBS13,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the forums. Since you have gone ahead and reinstalled, I would like to suggest disabling some of your other extensions you have installed in Chrome to see if you are then able to clip with the Evernote Web Clipper. If you still encounter this, please submit a support ticket for us to further look into this matter.

Thank you for your response.  I tried disabling all the other extensions and I am still having the same error message.  How do I go about submitting a support ticket?

I have tried to place the ticket but having difficulty doing so - it's not confirming that it was sent and I get an error when trying to submit.  Any suggestion?
