Level 5* DTLow 5,745 Posted March 20, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted March 20, 2016 I think I'm seeing you arrange tags in a hierarchy, and you moved a tag to a child position under a parent. On my Mac, I can right click the tag and select Move To Top Level Link to comment
Level 5* FactMan 196 Posted March 20, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted March 20, 2016 In windows, put a 1 in front of the tag name that you don't want to have any "children". Drag the child to the top of the list, then remove the 1 from the tag where you just added the 1. Link to comment

In EN Win, an easy way to move a tag to top level, is using the Left Panel, showing Tags. Just drag/drop the desired tag to the "Tags" label at the top of the list. Link to comment
Postah 3
To the contrary/.the solution was to select "Tags" root on the Left Panel and do the dragging on the right panel. I failed because I was trying to drag on the left panel Link to comment
