Note content being wiped

I have had numerous occurrences where my evernote notes are deleted.  I will save a note, close it, and come back later only to find all of the content of my note to be completely gone and wiped away.  I have had this happen a few times now and can't afford to keep loosing information. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue? I think it might have something do due with syncing between my computer, tablet, and phone, but I am not sure.  Any help is appreciated, thanks.
