Not cool. This idea has been proposed several years ago and agreed with by dozens of users in that post. I think it is time to create this functionality for users. Link to comment

If I wish to send an email, I have an email client on my device. This should launch and the email sent from there. It's my responsibility to properly assign the "from" address. Currently, I don't even get to see the "from" address or having the option to change it. Link to comment
