'Please Wait' message in note pane

I get the message in the attachment in the note panel when viewing a PDF.  I have Adobe Professional installed so what is causing the problem?

Hi.  How do you start 'viewing a PDF'? Is the containing note set to display it as an attachment,  or inline;  are you clicking the file icon / the page /  the 'eye' or the '@' symbols at the top of the page;  and what version of Windows do you have?  Have you previously been able to view PDF's without problem?  Is this a result of a recent update?

I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app and if the problem still persists,  contact support and refer back to this thread for more information...
