Work Chat needs updates

Work chats need to have the ability to be labeled. It's too confusing when you have several groups.

Also, the work chat admin should be able to add and remove people from the chat.

I totally love this idea. I've only just begun to use Work Chat and I totally see the need for labeling the chats. It could get really confusing very quickly.
