Hi.  I'm sorry that failed so spectacularly.  Have you run any sort of checks on your hard disk to see whether you have any physical problems or shortage of space?  If you haven't already done so I'd suggest contacting support to get their expert opinions on this.  Check you have your Activity Log available because they'll probably need that.  They've got some suggestions about teching crashes which you could try while you wait for a human response.

I downgraded from the recent update (5.9.8.9906) down to 5.2.0.2503, and so far, I haven't seen the fatal error.  This is after trying the usual approaches: Rebuilding after deleting local databases didn't work, and reinstalling after a Revo uninstall didn't either.  (There's nothing magical about 5.2.0.2503...it's just the first former version I found.)
