Missing Support : No answers to Tickets

us, but their support is sometimes less than desirable.

If you will post your Ticket#'s (and date) here, usually someone from Evernote will pick up on it and get some attention on your case.

Since Evernote now is providing official support to all users via Twitter, you might post your issues on Twitter @evernotehelps.  It might also be good to include a link back to your post here.

Thanks you for your answer.

You tell "there are serious" : but facts are : No answers to tickets, No solving of a bug since more than 6 months. No apologies. 
Why ticket on website if need to ask with tweeter ?

So here are ticket numbers with no answer : 1252898 - 1462484 - 1447814 - 1369069 - 1374629 (and now : 1504428)

@DjBea Hi there. I'll reach out via email regarding the issue you previously reported. However it appears that there were responses to several of those tickets that we never heard back on, so there may be another issue going on. Let me know if you don't receive an email today.
