When you select the tags in the tags field of a note to copy/paste that exact tag combination to another not, the changed date of the the source note is updated to the current time, although nothing has really changed.
This is somewhat annoying, as copy/paste a tag combination from one note to another is currently the only way to apply a fixed combination of tags to a note.
