Feature request: add Tag... to toolbar

For those of us who can't remember more shortcuts than we already know, please allow us to add the Tag... command to the toolbar. I use it very rarely, but always end up wasting time searching through menus when I need it. I'm sure I'd use it more often if it was easily accessible.
