Set a title, folder and tags for new photos before they are saved

Hi,
It would be very useful, intuitive and time saving to be able to set a title, folder location and tags for newly created image notes. Currently you have to save the image note and then open it again and add the above details. A post photo wizard/screen would make the process more intuitive.
