Premium Subscription Doesn't Work

I have purchased premium subscription by app store about two weeks ago, and now I am still having a basic version of Evernote. Anyone knows what happened? Or what should I do? I am so confused... The attachment is screenshot of my receipt. Someone please help me.

Hi. 

  1. Please edit your post above to remove your personal information / email address - this is a public forum and it is an open invitation to spammers
  2. Check your account status: use a desktop browser to log in here - https://www.evernote.com/Settings.action and look for Account Summary.
  3. If the browser account summary shows premium but your device does not
    • File > Exit Evernote and restart the device. 
    • Log in to Evernote again
    • Force a manual sync - ( Ctrl ⌘ S )
    • Re-check your account status.
  4. If the browser account summary still shows your account as basic,  or restarting Evernote fails,  then please submit a CS support request by choosing "payment issue" in the first dropdown after logging in here > https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action  - you'll get an acknowledgement and ticket number - post that number here and we can get an admin to have a look at the issue for you.
