sarracenia 1 Posted March 1, 2016 Posted March 1, 2016 As an admin, there should be a way that I can bulk edit tags. Instead, I get this dialog box when I try to edit tags: "We have only renamed this tag on notes that you own"

You mentioned bulk edit tags - is this bulk edit of notes for tag information?

Yes to trying to update data in shared notebooks I thought that by editing tags I would achieve the goal of bulk editing note tags

sarracenia 1 Posted March 1, 2016 Author Posted March 1, 2016 I do have update privileges but I suspect we're talking about different things. I'm trying to edit tags in this mode:

sarracenia 1 Posted March 1, 2016 Author Posted March 1, 2016 Yes, most of the notes are stuck with the old tag name
sarracenia 1 Posted March 1, 2016 Author Posted March 1, 2016 FYI I found a solution! I can edit tags through the online platform, under admin tools.
sarracenia 1 Posted March 1, 2016 Author Posted March 1, 2016 PS. "find and replace" would be a very helpful feature to add to this, though
Level 5 DTLow 5,750 Posted March 2, 2016 Level 5 Posted March 2, 2016 Glad you got it worked out I was lost from the beginning on the Admin Privileges and now Tools Are these from Evernote Business?
