Linking to Specific Page/Image in Other Notes

While taking notes in lectures I find myself wishing I could link to a specific image/table/page in the powerpoint for that lecture. Instead I'm stuck referring to the powerpoint as a whole. It would be awesome to be able to link directly to the relevant content within another note.

I know users have been requesting links to internal sections of notes, but I haven't seen mention of internal sections of attachments.
Is there s provision for this in Powerpoint?

What platform are you using?

You could do this on a Mac using AppleScript with a modest amount of effort.
