keithy1959 0 Posted February 29, 2016 Share Posted February 29, 2016 I have somehow managed to insert a 71 page PDF on the top of EVERY note, in every notebook. I cannot delete it from these notes. I assume I have edited a template somewhere, but I cant see where. Any advice would be much appreciated Richard Link to comment

My impression its a corruption of your app, and the solution is to delete and re-install the app. Do you see the same problem on the web platform? That would tend to confirm this. You should open a support ticket - but you can get started on the reinstall Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted February 29, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted February 29, 2016 Yeah - I don't think the PDF actually exists as part of every note, but its ghost is somehow haunting any note content display you can open. Logging out and back in (with a device restart) can fix this, or @DTLow's reinstall should do the job. Link to comment
