Creating a Shortcut to Evernote on My Windows Computer

Hi,

I used to be able to launch Evernote on my Windows computer by clicking on the Evernote icon found in my taskbar.  The button is no longer there and I seem to be unable to find out how to get another one.  Does this still exist?  Can someone help me with this?  It is very annoying to keep typing the URL into a search engine each time I want to open Evernote.  I am a Basic user.
