Include Annotate Summary Option Grayed Out

Hello,

 We do not want the annotation summary on our PDF's, but the option to toggle "Include Annotation Summary" is grayed out.  Is there something wrong, how do we enable that option?  Also, is there a global option to simply disable the annotation summary by default?

Evernote Business, Windows Client 5.9.6.9494 (277494) Public release.
