Basic version for IOS 7?

Is there a non-premium version for IOS 7? The itunes store only lists premium versions, all of which require ios 8.

My understanding is there's only one version available from the itunes store
It is neither premium nor non-premium - that applies to your Evernote Account.

Also, you can only download the most current version.

@DTLow is correct, the application itself is free, but you have the option of upgrading your account to Plus or Premium. 

You can now download the most compatible version of an application from within the App Store. If you have never downloaded the Evernote application before, you will need to begin with downloading the Evernote iOS application from the iTunes application on your computer.

1. navigate to iTunes on your computer

2. select iTunes Store 

3. select App Store

4. search for Evernote 

5. download Evernote for iOS

 

Once the download is complete, navigate to your iOS App Store application and select Purchased from the bottom menu. You'll be able to find the Evernote application here, and when you tap the Download icon you will be prompted to download the "most compatible" version of the application for your device.
