For testing, you can manually transfer a few notes on the iPhone using the share feature I think you'd also have access to the iCloud web site and can cut and paste using your browser. You may be able to use this tool to get your iCloud notes into files on your PC. Then you can setup EN Win Import Folders to import into EN as notes See How to backup iCloud notes to computer?
