Not Receiving Notes/Notebooks

I've set up my account and can't receive Notes/Notebooks anyone. My coworkers and I are Trying to use EN to communicate, by I'm not getting their notes. Also, when I send a message, it arrives with no sender name on it. Can anyone help me? Tech support has been non-responsive.

Hi.  What OS are you using,  are you and your colleagues on a network,  and is your account syncing successfully?  You appreciate that sending (sharing) a notebook is not an immediate process - one device has to sync the notebook information to the server,  and the user invited to that notebook has to sync the details down,  which can take some time - 30-60 minutes.
