Motoketa 0
I'm a new user and just downloaded Evernote on Macbook Pro. Somehow my Notebooks page isn't showing the Tabs -> Name, Count & Updated The page also seems to be missing the Grid and List view options. Any help how I can restore this would be awesome. Level 5* gazumped 11,524 Posted January 12, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted January 12, 2016 Hi. Your 'continue' link takes me to the Support page so I'm a bit confused... have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? If the issue still persists, a screenshot would help confirm exactly what you are looking at.. Link to comment
Frank Blome 12
I have the same problem. Tried to uninstall even twice - no luck. BTW: This is a download version (not App Store): Version 6.9 Beta 1 (453816 Direct) Link to comment
BSR 208
Hi @Motoketa and @Frank Blome, Based on @Frank Blome's screenshot, it looks like you might have the new notebook view enabled. To go back to the old notebook view, select Evernote > Preferences > Software Update from the menu bar and un-check the box that says "Enable new notebook view for personal accounts." This should re-enable the "Grid" and "List" options in your Notebooks view as well as the "Note Count" and "Updated" tabs. I hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
