(Archived) Customized Note Window Toolbar still not saved in v1.7

My hope that the Customize Toolbar function in note windows would finally be fixed, when v1.7 became available, was dashed once again. Alas, again it has not been fixed. Buttons added simply disappear from the toolbar when the window is reopened.

This bug was reported many months ago with a response that it would be addressed. Will it ever be fixed?

Here's the original forum message bringing this bug to Evernote's attention: Link. The date was Mar 27, 2009...nearly a year ago.

Perhaps it's time for a follow-up to see what's happening with this issue. A response from an Evernote employee would be nice.

Thanks, this bug is still filed, but has not yet been fixed. We have a new senior engineer starting on the Mac client in the next month or so, and hope to increase the pace of bug fixing then.
