Premium User getting logged out of EN website when trying to submit ticket

Hello,

I have a premium account. When I pop over to the EN website to get support I am logged out every time I go to the support page. I log back in, go to support, boom, logged out again.

*** Also do you still have chat support? What's the link?

Using both Windows 7 & OSX 10.9.4 client same problem. On latest EN version. Cleared cache & cookies.

So I go to

then

then at bottom

and BANGO! I now see the "SIGN IN" message top right.
