zaugger 0
My wife moved from one iPhone to another, and ALL her notes are gone. It's like she's a new user. Ideas? Chris Link to comment
Level 5* DTLow 5,736 Posted December 26, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted December 26, 2015 One possibility, she's using a different userid on the new phone. I haven't experience this problem. I've switched to new phones, and reinstalled Evernote. My notes always download after installing Evernote. You might use the web to look at the account to verify the notes are still there and not truly gone. Link to comment
zaugger 0
Thanks for the reply, David. I've done it several times myself, so I'm not sure why she's having the issue. I know it;s the correct user ID, because there ARE two chats there. Very strange... Chris Link to comment

As @David_Low suggested, using the same user ID, verify that all of her Notes are safely stored in the EN Cloud by viewing them using the EN Web client at Evernote.com. You must use a PC or Mac to use EN Web. If you can see all of her Notes on EN Web, then you might try deleting and reinstalling the EN iOS app on her phone. Link to comment
