Evernote ScanSnap and Windows 10

Greetings,

I am a relativity new user of Evernote and the Evernote ScanSnap.

I was evolving quite well in exploring it's uses and applications; everything was fine.

I downloaded Windows 10 last week and now i cant  scan. The green light is on and when I press it , it blinks approximately 4 times. If I press and hold it down, it goes into a blinking mode. I have downloaded again the Evernote 5.9.6.9494 to no avail. I have unplugged separately and collectively both power plug and USB cable. In all cases, the desired paper to be scanned doesn't move.

Can you offer any solutions?

I assume it's the WiFi version of the Scansnap?  Reinstall the applications

I agree with @Rgrenader - uninstall and reinstall the scanner software.  It's possible that Windows 10 doesn't recognise the existing ScanSnap driver software,  so if a reinstall doesn't help check to see if there are any updates available.  There are several articles in Evernote's Help Center such as this - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005407 ..which may help,  if not see the Contact Support button at the bottom of the page.
