Can't indent on my ipad

I've been trying to use Evernote on my ipad to make progress on my novel but the indent button is faded, any ideas?

The good news is that Evernote has indent buttons for bullet and numbered lists.

The bad news; you can't use the indent buttons on other text.

I would like to do the same thing (i.e. indent paragraphs without bullets or numbered lists) and am frequently frustrated when working on the iPad, especially since the feature is available on the desktop version.  This seems like it should be intuitive that this feature is important.

Questions for Development

Is it on the development schedule to add?
