The Bootstrapper error is very likely something related to your own system. There are a few related posts in the forums which may help - Windows 10 updating issues - see https://discussion.evernote.com/topic/88572-how-to-force-uninstallreinstall-in-win10/#entry378761 This error (also shows as CPP:896) sometimes pops up on installation.
