Evernot Clipping 0 Posted December 9, 2015 Share Posted December 9, 2015 Hi I'm running the latest OSX and the latest chrome browser, but I'm unable to log into Web Clipper. I'm presented with the username and password, but the box disappears just after typing in my username. If I start with the password I can enter my username, but I'm not logging in - it just shuts down. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the extension and am getting the same problem. Any thoughts as to what this might be and how to fix it? -Thomas Link to comment
Level 5* JMichaelTX 4,117 Posted December 10, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted December 10, 2015 I'm running the Chrome EN Web Clipper fine on Yosemite (10.10.5), so I'm not sure what's causing the problem on your machine. You might try these troubleshooting steps:Remove the EN Web clipper extension and restart your Mac Log in to your account at Evernote.com using Chrome Install the EN Web Clipper from Evernote.com Now Test the EN Clipper in Chrome If that fails, test the EN Clipper in SafariBTW, what ver of OSX are you running?
