(Archived) contacting support

When I try to contact support (I am a premium user), on a WIN7(64) machine via IE8 - and fill out the form - I repeatedly get the PROVE YOUR A HUMAN* in red. I haven't the faintest clue how I can do this. Please advise.

You don't see the Captcha thing on your screen (where is says "type the two words")? It appears on Windows IE8 on my system.
