eightholding 0
The web-clipper (3.0.0.71760) for Firefox 3.6 isn't compatible . Evernote has no solution for that and asks always for re-installing it. But after re-starting Firefox, Web clipper isn't working again. Link to comment
engberg 89
We believe that your Firefox profile may include incorrect information about a previous version of Evernote's extension. When you start Firefox, it is referring to this old information. To test this:Quit FirefoxOpen your "home" directory on the Mac in FinderGo into: Library / Application Support / Firefox / ProfilesOpen any folder you see within "Profiles"Drag these files out of that folder: extensions.cache, extensions.rdf and extensions.ini(For example, you could drag them to the desktop.)Start FirefoxInstall Evernote's extension from: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/8381 Link to comment
baroquedub 0
Not working for me either on Firefox 3.6.6. Right click "Add to Evernote" or using the browser bar button does nothing. The problem can't be that my Firefox profile includes incorrect information about a previous version of Evernote's extension because this is the first time I've ever installed it.Anyone have any ideas? engberg 89
Try going to the add-in preferences and make sure that it's clipping to the right place (e.g. if you don't have the desktop client installed, make sure it's clipping directly to the Web). Link to comment
