Control where automatic pastes go or find a way to delete the headers when merging notes

I hope this is a good place to repost this topic.  I found this post a little bit ago:

In my job, I do lots of copying and the automatic paste into Evernote is such a beautiful thing! 

 

So, I'm looking for a way to either:

 

* Automatically paste the stuff into the same note each time.

* Find a way to merge notes without the headers.

* Find a way to bulk delete the headers from within the merged notes.

 

I've tried to find scripts or something but I'm the type of person who knows how to turn my computer on and go from there.  Help!!
