config options for printing on Windows w 5.9.1

I recently upgraded to Evernote 5.9.1.87342 on my Windows 7 SP1 laptop.

 

When I used to print a note, I'd get header info.  It would have been nice to pick & chose what to print, but I never looked into it.

 

Now, however, I just get the note itself, not even the title, and much less a date.

 

I searched, but didn't find an answer.  Is there somewhere I can config what header info I can choose when printing, or just get the note title & date?

After you select Print there should be an options button in the bottom left of the Print panel.  You can select what attributes you want print there.
