DaveInMadison 0
Hello, Dave here from Madison, Wisconsin. I have a new MacPro and I've got the free version of Evernote (EN) and every time I open EN I get the message: "Migrating from a previous version." I Googled the problem and came upon this users group. I see that it was a discussion way back in 2012. The fix suggested at that time involved finding a library file (?), but users replied that that didn't work. I'm wondering if there is anything new on that topic. Thanks! Link to comment

For this type of problem, sometimes a simple reinstall of the app will fix the problem. This should not affect any of your Notes or other data. But if you have any Local Notebooks, you might want to export them to ENEX files just to be safe. To reinstall the app, see Evernote KB Article: How do I uninstall and reinstall Evernote [App]? Link to comment
