bovi 0 Posted November 13, 2015 Share Posted November 13, 2015 Hi, I would like to know if a subscription of the international service can be somehow relocated to the chinese service. I used my login data to go to the chinese service (due to the reason that I'm now living there) and I notice that in the chinese service my subscription is set back to Basic. Is it possible to relocate the premium subscription from the international to the chinese service? Link to comment

Submit a Customer Service support request by choosing "payment issue" in the first dropdown after logging in here > https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.actionIf you go by the website you'll get an instant acknowledgement and ticket number - post that here and we can get an admin to have a look at the issue for you.
