Move subscription from international to chinese account

Hi,

 

I would like to know if a subscription of the international service can be somehow relocated to the chinese service. I used my login data to go to the chinese service (due to the reason that I'm now living there) and I notice that in the chinese service my subscription is set back to Basic. Is it possible to relocate the premium subscription from the international to the chinese service?
