Checkbox symbols

I would love to see additional symbols for Evernote’s check boxes that could be used to show a task that is something other than complete: 

     - in progress

     - forwarded to another time or day

     - not to be done anymore, but is still visible 

     

I often use Evernote’s check boxes within a single note to check off tasks that are complete. I also have a lot of tasks that are ongoing or in various stages of completion. FranklinCovey’s planner system has symbols to indicate these statuses and I would love to see similar in Evernote - a dot; a forward arrow; an X.
