I use the web clipper to clip the matches from my DNA test with Ancestry. I tried to clip a full page today and got very different results compared to May. I will attach 2 screenshots showing the difference. I tried several times to get the same results but I wasn't successful. Maybe someone has the answer. Or maybe I need to contact Support. Please advise. Maybe it's a bug... One screenshot is from May 2015 and the other one is from today, October 29, 2015 (it's virtually blank) Thank you for your help! Link to comment
